Recommended Use:
Up to 25 ml (2 tablespoons) per day, taken before or between meals. Use undiluted or mixed with still water. Start with a lower dose (around 10 ml/day) and increase gradually as needed. Ideally taken shortly before meals.
Children (from 3 years): 1 × 8 ml daily.
Storage Instructions:

Store unopened at room temperature.

After opening, store in a cool, dark place at +7 °C.

Consume within 6 weeks after opening.

Keep the bottle upright and do not drink directly from the bottle.

Slight fizzing or white particles are natural due to fermentation and do not affect quality.
Tip: Squeeze the bottle slightly after use to reduce oxygen inside.
