Probio LAFTI® is a food supplement in the form of a fine powder, combining the probiotic strain Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis LAFTI® B94 with Biotis® GOS (galactooligosaccharides) prebiotic fibre. 

The combination of probiotic cultures and prebiotic fibre is known as a synbiotic. Each daily serving provides a carefully selected probiotic culture together with galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS) in a convenient powdered format.

Each recommended daily serving of 2 g provides 5 billion colony-forming units (CFU) of Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis LAFTI® B94. The powder is mixed with water before consumption.

Suitable for both adults and children aged 3 years and over, the powder is easy to take and is an ideal alternative for those who prefer not to swallow capsules or tablets.

Directions for use

Take 2 g of powder once daily before a meal. Mix with 200 ml of water and drink.
