Medved Natural Lactium – 20 Capsules
A food supplement combining 150 mg of Lactium® milk protein hydrolysate with vitamin B1, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
Work, family, deadlines, studying and the many demands of everyday life can all create periods of increased pressure. That is why it is important not to forget about rest, a balanced diet, a regular sleep routine and a healthy lifestyle.
What is Lactium®?
A specific milk protein hydrolysate
Lactium® is produced from milk protein through a process of hydrolysis and contains a peptide known as alpha-casozepine.
So it is not simply "milk in a capsule" – it is a specifically processed hydrolysed milk protein containing the bioactive peptide alpha-casozepine. This peptide has been the subject of clinical research particularly in relation to stress management, relaxation, sleep quality and sleep difficulties.
One capsule contains 150 mg of Lactium®.
