Jojoba oil is a liquid wax very similar to the protective layer naturally produced by human skin. It's cold-pressed from the seeds of the California jojoba plant. Unlike other oils, jojoba is a wax and is not digestible – which makes it perfect for external use. It absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy film. One of the most popular natural skincare oils, it's lightweight and suitable for all skin types.
Its composition is similar to the skin's natural oil barrier, making it an excellent hydrating agent for oily and problematic skin.
