If you're unsure which supplement best suits your needs, please consult a healthcare professional. 6. How should I take my supplements?

Each product comes with specific dosage and usage instructions. Be sure to follow the guidelines on the packaging or the product page. For more detailed info about Dosing, adjustments for kids, when to take your supplements and which ones are ok to combine, please see the link here. If you have any health conditions or take medications, consult your doctor before starting a new supplement.

7. Can I take multiple supplements together?

Yes, many supplements can be taken together and for many health issues, it is recommended to combine a few as their effects complement and enhance each other, but interactions can occur. If you're taking multiple products, we recommend checking this section in our FB Group for ore info on Dosing and Combinations, and speaking with a healthcare professional to ensure compatibility with other medications if you are taking any.

8. How long does it take to see results?

That depends on specific product, and your issue. Some products can give you relief within hours (e.g. pain relief, etc), some can take few days and some can take few months for your to start feeling better. To ensure that your body will absorb the most of the nutrients, before you start taking our supplements, we recommend checking the Files section in our FB Group for specific info on Dosing and Combinations with others to see when to take which supplement and what not to combine together. Also, if you are taking other medication, we recommend for you to speak with a healthcare professional to ensure compatibility.

9. Do you ship internationally and how long until my order arrives?

Currently, we ship internationally from Ireland to EEA, USA, Canada and Australia. We can not ship to UK & NI. If your country is not listed as an option to ship to at the checkout, feel free to contact us and we can consider adding your country after checking the shipping costs that would be involved. 

We can take 1-3 business days to pack and ship your order, and then the shipping is usually 1-3 days within Ireland, 3-10 business days to EEA countries and around 5-12 business days for orders outside of Europe. Please note that you may not see the movement of your package on the link provided. Please use tracking on Irish post: www.anpost.ie to see the package movement before it leaves Ireland, and your local / national post tracking site to track your shipment once it enters your country. 

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe / Apple Pay, as well as secure payment options via PayPal.

11. What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free return policy on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please visit our Returns & Refunds info in Terms & Conditions for more details.

12. My product arrived damaged or incorrect – what should I do?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll do our best to resolve the matter quickly.

13. Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

15. How much is the shipping? 

We ship from Ireland and within Ireland, the shipping fee is only €6.99 for Registered shipping (regardless of the size of the package). For any other country, shipping fee will vary based on the package size. Feel free to place your desired items into the cart and proceed to the Checkout (Shipping step) to see the shipping fee for your specific country.
